For businesses and non-profits

You are already an expert. You should not have to become a brand expert too.

I build the whole thing — brand, website, email, social, ads, CRM — as one connected system, then teach you to run it.

The problem with doing it yourself

Most small businesses end up with a logo from one place, a website from another, an email list that does not talk to either, and a social presence with a different name than the domain. Every piece works alone. Nothing works together. And the fix later costs more than doing it properly once.

You are good at flooring, or wine, or cleaning houses, or running a gallery. The branding and marketing part is a whole second profession, and there is no reason you should have to learn it.

What I deliver

  • Brand

Name and tagline if you need them. A logo and full variation set, a color palette and type system, and guidelines so it stays consistent after I leave. Applied to signage, vehicles, packaging, and print.

  • Website

Designed and built, mobile-first, fast, and accessible. Inquiry and booking forms wired to your email. Set up so you can update it yourself without calling anyone.

  • Email & CRM

Business email on your own domain with branded signatures, Mailchimp or HubSpot set up properly, and automated welcome sequences that fire when someone fills out a form.

  • Social & ads

Coordinated handles across platforms so your name matches everywhere, Facebook Business Manager configured, and your first ad sets built, launched, and analyzed.

  • Print & collateral

Business cards, stationery, first flyer set, catalogues, order forms, event booths and banners — whatever your business actually hands to people.

  • Training

The part most people skip. I sit with you until you can run the whole system yourself, and I leave documentation behind.

Product and launch work

For software and early-stage companies, the same approach applied further upstream: user research and stakeholder interviews, use cases, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, developer-ready specifications, and the launch strategy and pitch materials that go with them.

If you are pre-launch and trying to work out what you are actually building, that is the part I like best.

Who I work with

Boutique wineries, bars and restaurants, short-term rentals, art galleries, non-profits, and owner-operators in construction, flooring, cleaning, and real estate — plus early-stage software companies. Central Coast clients in person, anyone else remotely.
